QS keeps growing organically, through acquisition and by recruiting top talent across key regions.**The Role**:This role will report to the Regional Director, Latam.**Key responsibilities include**:- Working directly with qualified students and parents to provide expert guidance and counselling support- Supporting QS online or offline events in the region- Proactively source high quality education agency partners across Mexico and Central America to become QS higher education partners in the region- Proactively source, onboard, and train high school, language schools, college counsellors, and other local education partners- Identify select highly qualified and professional educational agencies to explore deeper partnership opportunities with QS- Work across our global team to provide best practices, training and destination specific knowledge- Deliver in-person and online presentations for students, parents, recruitment partners, and counsellors- Ensure terms of contracts are clearly defined and adhered to- Work across teams to respond to program and school inquiries as well as requests from our B2B and school partners- Maintain up-to-date records of program requirements, scholarships, and deadlines with the QS regional admission teams**What’s in it for me?**- Opportunity to play a key role in developing a new part of QS focused multi-channel enrolment support- Opportunity to lead the development of QS student enrolments across Mexico and Central America with potential for significant growth and management potential- Opportunity to earn above a base salary with uncapped bonus potential**Demonstrated knowledge and experience**- 3+ years’ experience in sales and customer service within the international higher education space- Expertise in institutions, admissions requirements, and visa processes for major study destinations (USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia)- Experience working with an educational agency and/or international institutions as a representative is a plus- Experience prospecting and qualifying student inquires using local knowledge- Experience delivering high levels of customer service to B2B partners and families- Knowledge of the international education industry, local high school networks, local universities, and education agents in your territory**Technical skills and qualifications**- Working knowledge of spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook- Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)- Ability to work across cultures and languages- Advanced English skills and fluency in Spanish is a must**Behavioural competencies**- Strong presentation and public speaking skills- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with a high attention to detail to ensure information accuracy- Strong organisation and project management skills- Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution to complex issues**A few things that make QS a great place to work include**:- Competitive package including base salary and uncapped bonus potential- Flexible working arrangements, including the option of working-from-home- Vibrant social environment and multicultural, multinational culture, strong team spirit- Focus on welfare -global wellness team, Calm app, EAP and health plan, mental health first aiders, diversity and inclusion initiatives- Strong recognition and reward programs - peer recognition platform, quarterly and annual awards, annual bonus scheme- Support for volunteering and study leave- Support, learning, and growth opportunities across QS teams (Digital & Events, Marketing, Product Design, Enrolment Solutions, Regional QS Enrolment team leaders, and more)
