**Med School Insiders - Remote (Full-Time)**At Med School Insiders, we’re on a mission to create a generation of happier, healthier, and more effective future doctors. We provide world-class advising, courses, and resources that help students excel in their pre-med and medical journeys. With over 1.7 million subscribers on YouTube and thousands of students served, we’ve built a reputation for excellence — and now we’re expanding our **Student Success Team**.We’re looking for a **Student Success Manager** to ensure every student has a white-glove experience and maximizes the value of their Med School Insiders purchase. This role blends **concierge-level client care** with the strategic mindset of customer success. You’ll be the proactive voice reaching out, checking in, and guiding students, making sure they feel supported, valued, and on track to achieve their goals.**What You’ll Do**- Serve as the **dedicated point of contact** for students, offering a professional, warm, and concierge-level experience.- Manage a **high volume of students**, while providing deeper, high-touch engagement for those with high tier products.- Track student progress toward key milestones (MCAT/USMLE prep, medical school admissions, residency matches).- Identify potential roadblocks and **escalate to advisors** or internal experts when needed.- Spot and **pass along upsell opportunities** when students may benefit from additional services.- Maintain detailed records in **Zendesk, Notion, and Google Suite tools**.- Collaborate with the broader MSI team to continuously refine and improve the student journey.**What We’re Looking For**- **Flawless English communication skills** (written and spoken).- Professional, empathetic, and polished presence in every interaction — students should feel cared for and confident after every touchpoint.- Experience in **customer success, account management, or high-touch client services**.- Ability to manage **large caseloads** while still delivering a premium experience for top-tier clients.- Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of consistent follow-through.- **Bonus**: Familiarity with medical education (pre-med, medical school, residency) is helpful but not required.**Success in This Role Looks Like**- High student satisfaction and referral rates.- Students achieving their academic goals (test score improvements, admissions success).- Identifying upsell opportunities that improve the student’s outcome and experience.- Building trusted, long-term relationships with our students.**Compensation & Schedule**- Competitive salary (commensurate with experience).- Full-time, remote position.- Hours**:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time.****Why Join Us?**- Make a direct impact on the success of future doctors.- Join a mission-driven, fast-growing company with a strong brand and loyal community.- Collaborate with a high-performing, passionate team.- Opportunity to grow into leadership as the Student Success Team expands.Application Question(s):- What is your English Proficiency Level?Work Location: Remote
