Description of Deliverable or Service:- Disputes, Claims, Order & Invoicing Fallout Management*- Accounts status- Authorization of material return- Claims- Credits & re-invoicing- Customer service / constant interaction (mail, meeting or directly with the customer)- Disputes- Invoicing activities- Order cleaning- Order processing- Order, credits and re-invoicing acknowledgment.**Requirements**:- Degree / administration or Engineering- Excel (intermedium-advanced level)- Desirable SAP- MS Office intermedium-advanced- Analytic- Collaborative with other teamwork- Customer focus- Desirable office experience at least basic excel- Detail oriented- Excellent English & communication skills (written & verbal)- Organized- Planned- Proactive- Problem solving**Salary**: $11,500.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)
