Front2Back uses the exponential power of cloud and cognitive to provide hyper-personalized (C=X2C2TM=1) digital experience to clients and their end customers.**Job Description**:- Support for the administration and processing of returns, refusals, DOAs and remarketing orders- Respond to internal and external customers requesting support- Provide support in the returns, refusals, DOA and remarketing orders- Document the corresponding and defined fields in the workflow- Track cases and fail outs until you resolve and get to top off orders in system- Excellent communication knowledge: effectively listening to difficult situations, needing analysis, solving problems and making recommendations.- Analyze problem input returns, refusals, DOAs and remarketing orders, find a solution for either internal or external client- Receive new returns, refusals, DOAs and remarketing orders as well as special requests from internal groups and process them according to guidelines and HP systems on time.- Document in each order and in the case management tool, everything that is representative and needs to complete the case 100%. The foregoing, in accordance with the internal/external audit guidelines- Review, monitoring, evaluation, transfer and analysis of inventories- Inventory Disposition Management**Qualifications**:**Bachelor Degree on any Administrative area****English intermediate advanced****Excel intermediate advanced**Excellent communication knowledge: effectively listening to difficult situations, needing analysis, solving problems and making recommendationsAdditional Information$13,000 Pesos per month
