Is responsible for managing activities related to manufacturing processes inspects tools, machines, software and all materials assigned to the production areas of smt- Cycle time reduction through the optimization of new setups.- Design of programs in the different types of platforms with a focus on manufacturing processes.- Manage the resources of manufacturing systems.- Plan and improve production methods.- Manage technological development projects.- Manage quality systems in processes.- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machine assigned to the production lines of SMT- Meet with the guidelines and regulations of Environmental Health & Safety.**Activities**:- Maintain optimum machine and tools assigned to line SMT.- Coordinate personnel under his charge to establish the activities.- Establish and make corrective and preventive maintenance on SMT equipment.- Establish the optimal levels of spare parts for machine.- Provide training to technicians about the proper functioning of the machine, settings on model changes, critical areas maintenance, and the equipment and machine operation.- Coordinates with the immediate supervisor the new machine and / or equipment implementation.- Analyzes the current operation and proposes new options to optimize time cycle and costs.- Check with the support team the rejects and audit reports to generate ideas and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.- And other functions as the immediate supervisor is assigned.- EHS Committee Participation**Requirements**:- **Bachelor Degree**:- **Primary responsibility is ensuring efficient operation of various machines and processes in Surface Mount Technology (Screen Printer Yaaba, SPI Pemtrom, Pick & Place FUJI NXT, AIMEX IIS & III, Hellder Ovens, KH-Young, X-Ray).**:- **Aimex-Nxt Programming (Flexa-Nexim) Software**:- **Debugg M-Edit AIMEX-NXT Machines**:- **Maintenance AIMEX-NXT (TPM)**:- **Dessign stencil using GC-Prevue**:- **Create SMT Profiles using Molex and Kick and solder paste processes.**:- **SMT Capacity studies based on cicle time and placement.**:- **Skills: Manage personnel and management skills.**:- Experience: Five years of experience in areas smt The experience may have been gained in Reynosa, Johnson Controls or another company.- **Intermediate/ English skills**:- Basic software packages.
