Your Key Responsibilities Implement security solutions to enable Zero Trust Network Access. Maintain and enhance security solutions as part of a Zero Trust Network Access strategy, including managing changes. Support users with issues related to our tools and services, focusing on incident and problem management. Collaborate with other IT teams and departments in operational activities and project work. Monitor, analyze and resolve performance issues Participate in design of strategies, concepts, processes and service improvements based on operational experience Incident, Problem, and Change ticket handling Your Qualifications A degree in Information Technology and/or 3+ years of experience in IT Security in an enterprise environment or equivalent. Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles. Extensive experience with IT security solutions such as secure web gateways, remote access solutions, and firewalls. Advanced knowledge of network topologies and protocols. Solid understanding of complex access policy structures used in firewalls for granular control. Experience with modern authentication methods, such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems. Experience with cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS. Enthusiastic about working in an international team. Effective English language communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in conflict management. Understanding and application of agile principles like Kanban or Scrum. Exerience coordinating troubleshooting process for complex problems in collaboration with different internal and external interfaces.
