Salesforce Sr. Technical Architect

**Responsibilities**:- Lead the design and architecture of scalable Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements.- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into well-architected technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.- Oversee and mentor a team of Salesforce Tech lead, Developers, data analysts and integration developers providing guidance on design patterns, architectural best practices, and development methodologies.- Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems, leveraging REST and SOAP APIs for seamless data flow.- Define the system architecture landscape, identify gaps, and deliver comprehensive solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.- Implement best practices for platform security, including authentication, data sharing, and encryption protocols.- Stay current with Salesforce releases, trends, and features, recommending and implementing relevant updates to enhance system capabilities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Change Management, to ensure smooth deployments and optimal performance.- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- ** Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud (B2B or B2C) is a must.**:- ** Fluent in English is a must**:- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing architectural integrity in complex environments.- Strong understanding of scalable, performance-driven solutions, and design patterns for large data volumes.- Expertise in Salesforce integration techniques, including experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration tools.- Deep knowledge of data modeling, governance, and management practices within the Salesforce environment.- Familiarity with implementing authentication & authorization (SSO) with external systems as service provider or identity provider.- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation tools.- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect) are highly preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges proactively.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and team mentorship.**Preferred Experience**:- Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and its integration with other Salesforce products.- Experience building Experience cloud sites with LWR/LWC, Coveo.
