**US Property Manager (Work Remote)**- Have you worked for a US Property Management firm and worked directly as client contact?- Have you sucessfully advised real estate investors on Property Management issues?- Do you like our core value **"GET SH*T DONE" **and want to work with a team that** "GETS SH*T DONE"?**If you said "Yes" to these three questions then we might be a good fit for you GC Realty & Development, LLC, is a Property Management company in business for over 20 years now We are managing 1,400 units in the Chicago market and we have grown every single year offering stability and opportunities for someone like you**Role Overview**:As a remote a client services member on our Property Management team, you'll ensure property owners(our clients) have a great experience. From onboarding to reviewing expenses, you'll keep things running smoothly. Strong negotiation skills and Property Management know-how are key. You have to be able to deliver remarkable customer service**What You Get**:- ** Hourly** - $7.00-$10.00 (USD) Paid Weekly- ** Annual Performance Bonus** - Up to 10% of wages (Effective 2025 calendar year)- ** Churn Incentive** - $0-$175.00 paid monthly when client churn stays below 1.75% monthly (Effective after 90 days)- ** Google Reviews** - $25.00 for any 5 star review mentioned in- ** Better Book Club**:- Up to $500 in a calendar year to read- ** Paid Time Off** - 10 Days (Accrued)- ** Paid Holidays** - 7 Days / **Paid Birthday** - 1 Day (Take during month of bday)**What You Bring**:- Previous client facing experience in Property Management- In-depth understanding of housing regulations and financial management.- Skilled in managing challenging client interactions with confidence.- Proficient in English with a clear, neutral accent.- At least three years of relevant industry experience.- Strong knowledge of U.S. residential maintenance practices.- Proactive, detail-focused, and maintains composure in high-pressure situations.- Dependable work-from-home setup with proven remote work experience.**The GC Realty Experience**For over 20 years, GC Realty & Development has been an industry leader, guided by our core values: RESPONSIVE, OWN IT, GET SH*T DONE, and BETTER RESULTS.
