Join our dynamic team of 140+ professionals and grow your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.- **Jumpstart Your Application**:_**About the Role**We’re seeking a **Remote Property Manager** to oversee a portfolio of **150-175 residential properties** (single-family homes, townhomes, and condos) located in **Baltimore, Maryland**. This is a **client-facing, customer service-driven** role that does not involve managing staff. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, ensuring smooth operations and prompt issue resolution.**What You’ll Do**- Manage daily operations for a portfolio of residential rental properties.- Communicate effectively with tenants, property owners, contractors, and internal teams.- Manage work orders in AppFolio; coordinate repairs with in-house techs and third-party vendors.- Approve maintenance invoices and ensure services are completed properly and on time.- Maintain low tenant delinquency and work within the owner’s budget.- Oversee the turn process for vacant units, including cleaning and maintenance.- Ensure compliance with local property codes and certifications (e.g., rental licenses, lead certs).- Handle lease renewals, move-outs, and security deposit reimbursements.- Keep detailed records and stay organized across multiple tasks and systems.**What We’re Looking For**- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and **exceptional customer service skills**:- Basic knowledge of residential maintenance issues- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook & Excel)- Experience with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus- **Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem solver**:- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment**Perks & Benefits**- **$12 USD/hour**:- **15 days of paid time off (PTO)**:- 100% **remote work** — work from anywhere- A supportive and friendly team environment- Opportunities for growth and advancement within the companyReady to join a team that values your work and supports your career growth?Pay: $220.00 per hourApplication Question(s):- Are you 100% comfortable working remotely?- Is your spoken and writing English at a C1/C2 level?- Do you have a Work PC?
