**Job Function**:Supply Chain Manufacturing**Job Sub Function**:Materials Handling**Job Category**:Business Enablement/Support**All Job Posting Locations**:Juarez, Chihuahua, MexicoResponsabilitiesCompletes tasks for the support function of the Materials Handling unit under direct supervision, following routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.Loads, places, and transports equipment using dollies, hand trucks, desk jacks, vans, forklifts, and high cube truck vehicles.Inspects equipment and vehicles to ensure safety and functionality for the transportation of supplies and materials.Processes all inbound receipts and provides administrative support for receiving processes to maintain accurate documentation.Collects company warehouses' inventory information, including type of stock, shortages, overages, and other pertinent information to determine stockage needs for company operations.Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Prepares kits for issue to the floor following production planning prioritization.Manages inventory storage and placement (vault attendant)Notifies Production Planner of material shortagesRelease batches to manufacturing through MRP System.Cycle count when neededFollow current compliance regulations and standardsPerform other jobs as requiredEnsure compliance to the quality policy in all activitiesSupport and promote the safety and industrial hygiene objectives of the plantSupport continuous improvement programs such Lean Manufacturing, kaizens, 6S, etc.Maintain accurate WIP reports vs. Production plan.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES andAFFILIATIONS*Strong computer skillsGood communication skills, to interface with manufacturing, engineering, materials management,quality control, purchasing, customs and all other departments as needed.Good basic math skillsKnowledge of ERP Systems concept ( MRP)Previous clerical experience desiredPrevious manufacturing experience desiredBasic English writing and reading skills preferred.
