Manager Finance

Position Overview:We look for a leader that focuses on sharpening their knowledge and skills as well as the team under responsibility; providing the analytical rigor and financial insights necessary to guide strategic decisions and chart the course of our account.KeyKey Responsibilities:- Responsible for the Finance team.- Perfect knowledge in taxation and know how optimise it- Managing budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes.- Monitoring the execution of financial plans and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).- Preparing and analyzing financial statements in compliance with legal requirements and internal standards- Collaborating with regulators, auditors, and other external partners.- Evaluating investment projects and participating in the development of financing strategies.- Manage all people in the finance department to ensure daily work (payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury and billing).- Report the company's operating results to the CEO and Country Manager and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.- Position reports directly to the Global Finance Director.- Understand the contractual commitments on service lines to identify, analyze and resolve potential business risks, as well as opportunities and solutions to enhance business performance.- Effectively lead a diverse team from where they are to where they have not been.- Empower team members to take responsibility and accountability.- Implement improvements, drive change, raise standards through the direct and indirect management of staff.- Manage the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems.- Provide strategic ad-hoc support, influence and manage any financial analysis as required.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in economics or accounting.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, economics or Finance (degree and cédula).- English C1 - C2- More than 5 years of experience as a financial director in areas (accounting, treasury, planning and internal control areas.) Preferably in financial turn companies (Fintech).- Knowledge of tax laws and accounting policies in Mexico.- Experience in the development and implementation of financial policies and processes.- Financial analysis- Knowledge of accounting legislation in Mexico.- Office- Accounting ERP- SAT Platform (Consultation and movements)- Solid knowledge in payrollWe offer:- Base salary $120k to 150k gross: fixed salary + monthly bonuses for achieving performance objectives.- Benefits of law and major medical insurance to the plant.- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hours.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
