We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TikTok Account Manager to lead end-to-end client operations for TikTok e-commerce and livestreaming projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
- Understand brand objectives, campaign goals, and livestream needs.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Develop detailed livestream plans, including product lineup, script flow, and promotional mechanics.
- Monitor livestream performance (GMV, CTR, CVR, ROI) and prepare optimization reports.
- Work closely with hosts and creative teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
- Identify and recruit suitable TikTok creators or KOLs based on campaign needs.
- Manage product sample shipments, livestream scheduling, and contract terms.
- Maintain relationships with creators and coordinate cross-promotional content.
- Prepare commercial proposals, pitch decks, and quotation sheets for clients.
- Align internal cost structure and ensure profitability per project.
- Track client billing schedules and coordinate with finance for invoicing.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collection.
- Maintain accurate project and financial records.
- Collaborate closely with creative, operations, livestream, and financial departments

**Requirements**:
Experience 1+ years in marketing, digital advertising, MCN, or TikTok Shop operations.

Tools:
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and TikTok Ads Manager

Analytical Skills

Understands key performance metrics: GMV, CTR, CVR, ROI, CPM, etc.
