Function:- The Sr. Payroll Accountant will be responsible of:- Process all the activities related to payroll including checks, taxes, employeebenefits payments, eta.- Registered the accounting related to the payroll process of the company followingthe pre-established systems.Responsibilitios:- Process the payroll process in a weokly basis and any special payroll process if neededComplete all the activities related to the month end process to register the payroli proces including Intercompany accounting- Analyze, prepare and process all the journal entries in the system Prepare Budget and projections- . Give support in external and internal audits- Prepare and Review imss statementsPrepare and Review Fonacot calculation.Prepare and Reviewing Infonavit withholdingsComplete all the government requirement related to IMSS. FONACOT, INFONAVIT, INEGI and Local tax 1.8%Add folio UUID to the journal entriesManage/calculate termination (finiquitos) process include payments- Manage "Fondo de Ahoro"- Reconcile B/S accounts- Support an effective syster of internal Controls and SOXSedentary work, generally involves sitting most of the timeVery good visual acuityMental Requirements:- Work under pressureStrong analytical thinking- Maintain focus and concentrationWork with mínimal supervision**Required Skills**:Èffective interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge and experience in TRESS System SoftwareStrong Customer services- Excellence PC skills (Excel, pivot tables, LOOKUP)- Team PlayerContinuous improvement skillsAttention to detailsStrong communication and influence skills.Financial planning skillsBilingual (English and Spanish).Required Experience:At least 2 or 3 years of experience in payroll accounting processKnowledge in accountant system - Confpagi and AS400 preferredKnowledge in System 3Required Education and Training:- B.S. in Accountant. from accredited university- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.- Altamente Proactivo.- Sentido de urgencia.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
