This role's salary ranges between $50,000 - 55,000 a year in US Dollars.**Job Duties**- Collecting and analyzing payroll and accounting data;- Ensure accuracy of approved timesheets coming over into our payroll software, track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions- Responsibility for updating payroll records; making sure that all records show up to date worker information;- Responsibility for resolving payroll discrepancies;- Give suggestions on modification in payroll policies and procedures- Communication with workers, answering questions and providing guidelines;- Undertaking payroll audits or providing payroll documents to auditor- Report to management about asset utilization and audit results- Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes- Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis- Upload general ledgers on a weekly basis- Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate- Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $900,000.00 - $990,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):- The salary for this role ranges between $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year in USD dollars.Are you available to relocate to the United States on a TN Visa with company assistance?Work Location: In person
