Requisition ID: 33903- Job Location(s): Monterrey, MXThe Digital Workplace Architect will assume a leadership role within the Architecture and Collaboration Services organization. Your expertise and strategic vision will empower our employees, enhance their productivity, and drive the digital transformation of our organization.Duties will include working with the individual Danfoss business units to create and define new services, resolution of unique or complex architecture problems, vendor/partner selection, strategic documentation, and communication of this work throughout the organization. Must be able to undertake multiple, highly complex architecture projects that may impact multiple business units. The ideal Architect will be a great motivator who can thrive in a fast-changing environment, with a consistent drive to find ways to improve productivity, share expertise, and inspire others.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:- An Architect's experience must include the understanding and appreciation of the solution lifecycle from strategy, design, and implementation through to completion, enabling them to produce solution designs that are successful.- This role will provide deliverables like architecture designs to aid the Operational Architecture Forum (OAF) assess the impact of new and ongoing technology investments on the business and IT real estate.- This role will work to define, assess, and evaluate solutions while ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps, target architectures, industry standards and other Danfoss Group IT Architecture teams.- This role will provide design and budgetary input to annual project portfolio initiatives.- This role will provide design leadership, supporting Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activities and intergration of IT solutions.**Background & Skills**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.- 8+ years of experience supporting and implementing Digital Workplace, Collaboration, and Productivity solutions in a large enterprise IT environment.- Experience in requirements-gathering and architecture development.- Experience performing technology assessments and making recommendations.- Knowledge of IP infrastructure, virtualization, hypervisors, and cloud-based networks- Experience with UCaaS/Partner ecosystems- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365/Azure Collaboration and Security Technologies- Ability and willingness to share knowledge and expertise among various organizations and stakeholders within the company, including senior IT leadership- Ability and willingness to take the initiative to facilitate teamwork within the various organizations- Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio, DrawIO, Archimate- Ability to travel internationally 10-20%- Knowledge of ITSM Foundation, ITIL Best Practices as well as TOGAF Architecture Principles- Must be fluent in English, both orally and written.- Must be able to translate complex IT designs and concepts into language that can be consumed by the business and other stakeholders outside of IT.**Employee Benefits**:We are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:- Bonus system- Paid vacation- Flexible working hours- Possibility to work remotely- Personal Insurance- Opportunity to join Employee Resource Groups- State-of-the-art virtual work environment- Employee Referral Program**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
