Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Prepare, distribute and store accurate and timely customer and supplier documents for projects, as per the company’s/project’s procedures and ensuring effective version control and status tracking**This position reports to**:Project Operations Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Administrate PDC platform for ELDS Mexico.- Keep tracking of project documentation dates.- Submit project documentation as per dates.- Administrate customers platforms to submit documentation.- Ensure the compliance of customer specs for documentation.- Submit documentation status reports as per project requirements.- Support Project Manager on customer meeting related to documentation.- Administrate the activities/priorities of Document control area.**Your background**:- A Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Electrical or Industrial Engineer with technical skills.- Intermediate-Advanced level of English.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.- Strong Knowlegde in SAP.- 2 years of experience.**More about us**:
