In this hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), you’ll support HR operations for Mexico, Canada, the U.S., and Puerto Rico — ensuring policies are applied fairly, data is managed securely, and employees receive timely, accurate support. You’ll be part of a collaborative team driving HR excellence across borders.**HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Ensure accurate documentation of HR activities and maintain employee data in systems like SAP and Workday, always aligned with privacy laws and internal policies.- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects that enhance compliance, engagement, and operational efficiency.- Support employment verification processes, including I-9 forms and subpoenas.- Assist with unemployment claims as part of leave management support.- Provide back-office support for recruitment activities.- Draft and manage employee business letters.- Track and process payments for various HR services.**QUALIFICATIONS**- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- You bring 2-3 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to multi-country or regional HR operations.- You’re bilingual in English and Spanish, and confident communicating across diverse teams and cultures.- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and ready to contribute to a high-impact HR team in a hybrid work model.**ABOUT WK KELLOGG CO****THE FINER PRINT**The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, work overtime as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.WK Kellogg Co is an Equal Opportunity Employer that strives to provide an inclusive work environment, a seat for everyone at the table, and embraces the diverse talent of its people.
