**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, etc.) for Mexico and US employees.- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, partnering with legal or compliance teams as needed.- Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams/vendors to ensure smooth processing and resolution of employee inquiries.- Assist with policy implementation and updates in accordance with local regulations.- Generate routine and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions; provide guidance or escalate when necessary.- Assist in process improvements and standardization of HR operations across both countries.- Support internal audits, compliance checks, and documentation requirements.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 4-6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably for Mexico/US regions or multi-country setting.- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in both Mexico and the United States.- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.- Comfortable working in EST (US Shift) and collaborating remotely.
