We believe everyone can jumpstart a new career, which is why we produce quality educational content and offer intensive courses in tech complete with full access to an interactive platform, code reviews, and support from industry practitioners.**We’re seeking a strategic Head of SMM to own the channel strategy, editorial planning, and performance of TripleTen’s social media presence in LATAM (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).** This role focuses on elevating brand visibility, community engagement, and lead generation through organic social media.**Requirements**:- Proven experience building top-performing social media channels, with measurable audience growth and business impact- 5+ years in organic social media management, including strategy and analytics.- Expertise in social CMS tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.) and metrics (engagement, growth, leads).- Project management skills: Ability to streamline workflows and collaborate across teams.- Fluency in English.- Familiarity and/or experience with paid social is needed, but mainly required understanding of function, metrics and synergy with organic activity.- Experience in B2C, education, or community-driven brands is a plus.What you will do:**1. Channel Strategy & Growth**- Define and execute platform-specific strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth (followers, subs, views).- Optimize channel health through best practices (posting cadence, tagging, SEO, boosting).- Improve discoverability via organic indexing and measurement frameworks.**2. Organic Content Strategy**- Develop editorial lines that differentiate TripleTen’s brand voice and drive lead conversion (CTAs, formats, messaging).- Align content with paid media efforts and centralize workflows for traceability.- Manage posting, interaction, and boosting to enhance engagement and retention.**3. Cross-Functional Leadership**- Coordinate intake from stakeholders (Content, Sales, PR, CRM) with PM mindset—ensuring QA and deadlines.- Establish reporting cadences and tools to track performance (audience, leads, engagement, etc.).What we can offer you:- Full-time remote collaboration.- Professional freedom, where we trust your experience instead of wasting each other's time and effort micromanaging.- A comfortable digital office.
