**Responsibilities**:- This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities, which include database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture / design engineering- Day-to-day focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes- Role at this level usually has full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables- May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees**Qualifications**:- 6-10 years of experience- Experience developing and implementing analytical strategies- Knowledge of consumer financial services regulatory environment required- Track record of analytics innovation, data science, and new solution development- Experience developing and implementing analytical strategies in the financial services industry- In-depth understanding of the various financial service business models- Expert knowledge of advanced statistical techniques**Education**:- Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferredThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. This role sits at the intersection of data, personalization, and business execution — leading the advanced analytics agenda behind CRM capabilities, customer management, and productivity acceleration.The mission isn’t just to analyze, but to move the business through data: uncover unseen opportunities, automate decisions that generate measurable value, and translate customer insights into meaningful actions.This position blends advanced analytics, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, with a focus on designing and scaling solutions that live within the CRM and transform how we engage with customers.Key Responsibilities:- Lead advanced customer behavior analysis within the CRM, identifying insights that drive personalization, targeting, and smarter decision-making.- Own and evolve the self-service personalization capabilities, ensuring their business activation, governance, and continuous improvement.- Design, execute and interpret A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of personalization strategies, CRM features, or segmentation logic.- Track and analyze CRM usage and personalization impact, connecting data with key business indicators like conversion, adoption, and portfolio performance.- Partner with product, marketing, commercial and data teams to translate analytics into action, influencing strategy across functions.- Develop and lead analytical frameworks and scalable models that support segmentation, prioritization, automation, and personalization.- **Job Family Group**:Decision Management- **Job Family**:Data/Information Management- **Time Type**:Full time-- View Citi’s _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
