We specialize in providing comprehensive property management services to residential and commercial properties, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing property value for our clients.**Working mode**: Remote**Salary**: Ranging from USD 550-700 per month based on experience.**Position Overview**:Hexa PM is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our tenants and vendors, providing outstanding customer service and support.**Responsibilities**:- Assist tenants with leasing inquiries, maintenance requests, rental payments, and lease renewals.- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs with vendors and ensure timely resolution.- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed.- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.**Qualifications**:- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field preferred.- Previous experience in customer service or property management is preferred.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping people.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary- Remote work flexibility- 16 days of PTO, 8 float holidays- Bonus and commission based on customer feedback and other KPIs achieved- Opportunities for career advancement and professional development**Working Hours**:**40 hours per week**, as follows:Monday to Friday: 09:30 AM to 5 PM CDT, Saturday: 09:30 AM to 3 PM CDTHexa PM is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team that reflects the global communities we serve.
