Role: Bilingual Customer service AgentLocation : Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico (On-site)Job SummaryThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in Azcapotzalco, CMX. TheCustomer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolvingissues, providing outstanding customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to day basis.**Qualifications**:- HighSchool diploma completed.- Advanced English level (B2+ and above).- 1+ years of Customer Service, Tech Support or Sales experience.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools preferred.- Schedule flexibilityPay: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Experience**:- Customer Service / Call center: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English B2+ (required)
