We have international presence in countries such as: Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Panama, Brazil, USA, Mexico.**Why work with us?**It is a fantastic opportunity to join the Another family and be part of an innovative team that breaks communication schemes.**WE ARE LOOKING FOR****Procurement Coordinator****Requirements**:- Licenciatura en Administración, Contabilidad, Finanzas o a fin.- Experiência: 2 a 3 años de experiência en puesto similar- Inglés básico o intermedio- Manejo de ERP, Office y Excel intermedio o avanzado**Activities**- Validación y aprobación de PO dentro de las 24 horas hábiles.- Depuración mensual de PO´s a más de 90 días sin factura de proveedor.- Control de PO que involucran gastos, reembolsos y anticipos. Investigar de dónde proviene el gasto/costo, quién lo autorizó, si es gasto interno o externo, por qué no se pagó directo a proveedor.- Cancelaciones de PO por solicitud.- Verificar que el desglose de impuestos este bien calculados de cada PO dependiendo de qué oficina tenga origen a nível Latam.- Asesorar a equipo de cuentas en las cotizaciones que involucran Tipos de cambio México y Latam.**Skills**- Proactivity- Teamwork- Good Communication- Good spelling and writing- Experience in customer service, service oriented and problem solving.At Another Group we respect and celebrate diversity.
