Your challenge at Yuno Lead the Key Account Management Function: Oversee the Key Account Management Latam team, setting strategic goals, and driving overall performance to achieve organizational objectives Mentor and Develop the Team: Provide leadership and professional development to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key merchants alongside individual account managers Drive Revenue Growth: Lead the team to identify new business opportunities and leverage market and competitor insights to achieve revenue targets Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with technical, business, legal, sales, marketing, product, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Strategic Oversight: Oversee the successful implementation and ongoing growth of client accounts, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and achieve performance objectives Develop Account Strategies: Support the team in designing strategies to achieve long-term growth and client retention Skills you need Minimum Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish is required Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager You are an amazing leader that people love to work with: proven experience in a leadership role handling international clients in the payments' industry Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
