We want to be an employer where you make our difference.- The EQHS&S Analyst will be responsible for implementing the Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability programmes ensuring they are effective in managing emerging risks and verifying applicable compliance, developing, implementing and enforcing organisational systems and methods to ensure compliance with standards in accordance with legal requirements, corporate policies and procedures.***Main responsibilities**- Participate in multidisciplinary teams for the implementation of a safe organisational culture.- Implement the EQEHS programme structure and promote continuous improvement through procedures, training, campaigns, initiatives and projects to permeate the site's quality, health, safety and environmental culture to comply with local regulations and corporate objectives and policies.- Deploy and implement the sustainability culture at the site through the initiatives and campaigns generated to fulfil the One Planet group strategy.- Actively contribute to the implementation and maintenance of an integrated management system.**Requirements**:- Level of education: related degree.- Required experience: minimum 3 years verifiable in similar tasks.- Required knowledge:- Solid knowledge of legislation (SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, STPS, NOM, etc.) and governmental permits (operating license, VoBo civil protection, etc).- Experience in implementation and administration of safety, occupational health, environmental and quality management systems (IMS ISO9001, 14001, 45001).- Computer tools: Office365.- Languages: Intermediate-advanced English- Competences: proactive, autonomous, committed, result oriented, strong communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills.**What’s in it for me?****We offer a range of attractive staff benefits including accessible employee forums, comprehensive pension packages, flexible working arrangements, private medical healthcare for all employees and inclusive employment practices.**About Watson-Marlow**Every day, we help companies across the globe to be more efficient and sustainable.
