Change ManagerRole:- Use of consulting skills, business process knowledge- Expertise in understand client’s business environment mapped to various ERPs- Facilitate Client in preparing Change strategy- Achieve client expected business resultsQualifications and Experience:- Graduate Engineer from reputed college- At least 15 years of experience in SAP, of which 7 years in Program/Change Management for large customer spanning multiple business units/location/technologies- Experience in providing pragmatic ERP roadmap aimed at a step change- Experience in providing guidance for the desired end-state target architecture and the changes which are going to be brought in- Experience in Developing Change Management roadmap & business case and have leadership alignment**Responsibilities**:- Responsible to meet the agreed KPI’s with Client- Understand the elements of SAP implemented and the changes its going to bring to business- Prepare and Facilitate the organisation at all levels - Executives to End Users for change- Identify elements of OCM deliverables focusing on making connection between business needs and SAP- Understand elements of intangible benefits of OCM to be delivered- Have holistic view of the change which SAP brings to the organisation by organising events to keep stakeholders informed and gather feedbacks.- Able to identify the business benefits expected of the SAP implementation.- Project organisation design alignment with respect to new roles brought due to change- Facilitate preparing strategy for suppliers and customers, who will access the system, are well engaged and trained for changes- Get involved in multiple role to address effectively management of OCM.- Take the ownership and Accountability in driving the Change Management initiative- Responsible in timely report to both internal management and client stake holders- Achieve business objectives of enhancing customer satisfactionOther Attributes:- Experience of working in Onshore & Offshore Service Delivery Model- Added advantage of worked with India teams in the past- Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations- Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Good interpersonal skills- Must be able to work independently and can manage own workload- Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfactionLogistics:- Job type: Full Time- Duration: 12 months (Extendable)- Work Location: Saltillo, Mexico**Job Segment**:Change Management, SAP, Consulting, ERP, Implementation Manager, Management, Technology
