**Objetivo**:- Desarrollar, implementar y mantener los programas de Medio Ambiente, Salud Ocupacional y Seguridad para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal aplicable, prevenir incidentes laborales y minimizar el impacto ambiental de las operaciones en la industria metal-mecánica.**Responsabilidades Principales**:- Desarrollar y liderar políticas y procedimientos en materia de EH&S conforme a normativas locales, federales e internacionales (STPS, SEMARNAT, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).- Coordinar programas de seguridad industrial, ergonomía, control de riesgos, respuesta a emergencias y gestión ambiental.- Realizar auditorías internas y externas, y liderar acciones correctivas y preventivas.- Monitorear y controlar los indicadores de desempeño en seguridad y medio ambiente (KPI's).- Supervisar el cumplimiento de planes de manejo de residuos, emisiones atmosféricas y descargas de agua.- Coordinar capacitaciones y simulacros relacionados con seguridad y medio ambiente.- Gestionar las investigaciones de incidentes, accidentes y enfermedades laborales.- Representar a la empresa ante autoridades regulatorias.- Mantener relaciones efectivas con proveedores de servicios ambientales y de seguridad industrial.- Participar activamente en proyectos de mejora continua relacionados con EH&S.**Requisitos del Puesto**:**Educación**:- Ingeniería Industrial, Ambiental, Química, Mecánica o afín.- Deseable: Diplomado o certificación en Seguridad e Higiene Industrial, Medio Ambiente o afines.**Experiência**:- Mínimo 5 años en posición similar dentro de la industria metal-mecánica o manufactura pesada.- Experiência demostrable en gestión de programas de cumplimiento regulatorio y auditorías EH&S.**Conocimientos Técnicos**:- Normas mexicanas (NOM-STPS, NOM-SEMARNAT) y estándares internacionales (OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).- Manejo de residuos peligrosos y no peligrosos.- Control de emisiones, ruido y calidad del aire.- Primeros auxilios y brigadas de emergencia.- Análisis de riesgos, permisos de trabajo, bloqueo-etiquetado (LOTO), etc.**Habilidades**:- Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.- Comunicación efectiva con todos los níveles de la organización.- Capacidad de análisis, toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.- Manejo de software EH&S y sistemas ERP.- Inglés avanzado C1Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno matutinoPregunta(s) de postulación:- Herramientas y áreas de dominio, breve resumenEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- EH&S Maneger: 5 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
