Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Position Overview**Professional responsible for financial analysis, statutory accounting & fixed assets control of maquiladora entity.**What you'll do**- Prepares payroll, operational and capital budget- Prepares payroll, operational and capital forecast (Quarterly, annual)- Determination and analysis of monthly operating expenses variances (OPEX)- Variance analysis: PPV, MUV, LUV, Absorption- Scrap analysis- Creation and recording of obsolescence reserves- Participating in internal/external audit, SOX.- Capital project control- Responsible for Fixed assets administration (requisition, recording, documentation, inventory, additions, disposal, depreciation, amortization, etc.- Chart of accounts & mapping- Preparation and submission of monthly and annual INEGI report to Ministry of economy- Responsible for collection and filing od supplier tax documentation (SAT, REPSE, Positive opinion)- Tax calculations, coordination with tax consultants, and submission of these to the authorities.- Responsible for submitting monthly electronic accounting reports (catalog, trial balance, accounting policies).- Responding to audit requests (authorities).- Determining and submitting monthly DIOT (Tax Identification Number).- Monthly and annual accounting closing activities.- Coordination with global business center- Accounting records.- Support with annual physical inventoryExperiência y requisitos**Who you are**- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, engineering, computer system, bachelor related- 3-5 years of experience manufacturing environment- Statutory accounting- Budget preparation and analysis experience- Tax calculation knowledge- Fixed asset control knowledge- _ Advanced English._Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad/Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
