Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Role Definition**Provides support on all aspects of production including CNC programing, cost, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, training of collaborators and environmental requirements for manufacturing.**What you will do: Format**:- Programing on language ISO with controls Siemens, Fanuc, Okuma P500, Mazatrol and others.- Implement technologies to optimize machining process.- Support on each step of machining process issues.- Identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.- Identifying and addressing problem areas on the reliability of the equipment and process reliability- Analyze, determine and implement engineering and process changes.- Engineering Support required on planning, development, operation, maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.**Degree Requirement**Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Similar**Skills you will have****Skill Descriptors****Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:- Analize Projects- Solving Daily Machining Issues- Evaluating Fixture state- Implement technology tools.**Manufacturing Equipment**:- Configuration of CNC machines- Implementation of preventive and corrective measures on CNC Programs and Equipment- Interpretation of Drawings and Tolerance- Knowledge, interpretation and implementation of tooling’s and fixtures- CAD/CAM design**Manufacturing Processes**:- ISO language write- CAD/CAM develop- Big data Analysis- Turning, Grinding, Milling, Boring, Boreskiving- Preventive, set and preset tools.**Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies**:- Optimizing efficiency- Reducing costs- Improving product quality- Internal and External Audits- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma**Problem Management Process - MFG**:- PDCA- 8D’s- Fish Head- Pareto Diagram- SWOT analysis- Pug matrices**Additional Information**:The location for this position Santa Catrina.This position will require travel 5%Work schedule: Monday - Saturday (7am a 3pm )Availability to rotate 1 week per month.English: Intermediate to Advanced.- CNC Machining Certificate- Machine, Tools and Tooling Certificate**Final details**:Caterpillar's Code of Conduct states that we will select, and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability.
