**Network Support Coordinator****Responsabilidades**:- Brindar el soporte de primer y segundo nível a las incidencias y solicitudes a través de los tickets levantados por el equipo de soporte y clientes- Supervisar la correcta documentación y registros de incidentes, soluciones y procedimientos de soporte- Apoyar en la elaboración de documentación de procesos, manuales y guías de trabajo para el área- Coordinación y apoyo en el control de cambios CC del cliente- Administración y Soporte de segundo nível en tecnologías: Enterprise, Data Center, Colaboración, Seguridad- Generación de planes de mejora en los procesos atención de incidencias de reportes- Apoyo en auditorias internas para ISO20000 y 9000- Levantamiento, seguimiento y resolución de casos con fabricante.- Apoyo con áreas internas en el análisis de vulnerabilidades- Apoyo con áreas internas en acciones de remediación**Requerimos**:- 3 años de experiência en soporte a infraestructura Cisco para verticales de Enterprise Networking, Collaboración, Seguridad y en Data Center.- Conocimiento y certificación en Enterprise Networking.- Conocimiento y certificación en soluciones Cisco.- Conocimiento y certificación en soluciones Cisco NCORE y CCNP (deseable)**Ofrecemos**:- Excelente ambiente de trabajo- Oportunidades de crecimieto y plan de carreraTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Apoyo para estudios- Bebidas gratis- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de vida- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaLicencia/Certificación:- Certificación Cisco Enterprise (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 03650, Letrán Valle, CDMX
