Misión : Como Senior Avaya Voice Engineer vas a liderar e implementar soluciones de voz de alta complejidad dentro de nuestro equipo regional de IT. Tu misión será asegurar la estabilidad, escalabilidad y seguridad de plataformas de voz y call center, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios para garantizar una operación eficiente y resiliente. Diseñar, implementar y administrar soluciones de voz complejas basadas en tecnología Avaya . Planificar y ejecutar proyectos de infraestructura de voz con enfoque en resiliencia, tolerancia a fallos y cumplimiento regulatorio . Brindar soporte de Nivel 2 y 3 para plataformas de telefonía y aplicaciones de Contact Center. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Operaciones, Infraestructura y Seguridad para la entrega efectiva de nuevos proyectos. Monitorear el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad de la información , y reportar riesgos e incidentes. Analizar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos de manera autónoma. Participar en la definición y mejora continua de la arquitectura, estándares y mejores prácticas de voz. Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares. Sólido dominio de tecnologías Avaya Aura Elite Multichannel , Session Border Controller (SBC) , Communication Manager (CM) , Session Manager (SM) , Experience Portal , CMS , Call Center Elite , y Aura Contact Center . Experiencia con plataformas de grabación de llamadas . Conocimiento avanzado en VoIP , troubleshooting y configuración de softphones. Experiencia en el diseño, operación y soporte de centros de contacto y mesas de ayuda . Conocimiento de arquitectura y operaciones de redes .
