As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support guests and store teams with clear communication and helpful service. You will use computers and/or tablets to document activity and share timely updates. At Allied Universal, you will thrive in a caring culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.**Position Type: Full Time****Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour****Job Schedule**:**Day****Time**- Mon- 04:15 PM - 12:15 AM- Tue- 04:15 PM - 12:15 AM- Wed- 04:15 PM - 12:15 AM- Thur- 04:15 PM - 12:15 AM- Sun- 04:15 PM - 12:15 AM**Why Join Us**:- **Smart Tools**: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.- **Career Growth**: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.- **Financial and Health Benefits**: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.- **Exclusive Perks**: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.**What You'll Do**:- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales floors, back-of-house areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, documenting observations per post orders.- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft and/or disorderly conduct, and assist with loss prevention support as directed by site policies.- Complete required shift documentation, incident reports, and activity logs, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management as needed.**Minimum Requirements**:- Customer Service Experience - preferred.- Guard Card/License - preferred.- Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
