**Purpose Statement**:Accountable for identifying efficient and effective Logistics solutions for Plexus manufacturing locations. Primary responsibilities include participating in Logistics projects that allow Plexus to move products globally in the most efficient manner possible.**:**Role objective is to comply with Import and Export programs for Plexus Supply Chain as required through Customs Regulations.****Key Job Accountabilities**:- **Conduct reporting and data analysis including abilities to research, resolve and escalate matters identified as required.**:- **Timely report record keeping and post entry audit KPIs. Ensure that Broker Entry records are stored and readily retrievable upon request per Regulations. Establish and maintain a supplier compliance and awareness program resulting from the Entry Summary Audit process by tracking supplier U.S. Commercial invoice nonconformance issues and communicating corrective actions.**:- **Respond to both internal and external customer request in support of operational needs. Resolve shipment exceptions including customs issues. Resolve problems, both internal and external, in a timely and satisfactory fashion. Strive to exceed customer expectations.**:- **Support new business request for quotes. Provide analysis for “what if” scenarios for current and future business opportunities. Input for supply chain models to determine best practices. Identify and elevate risk factors.**Additional Accountabilities**:- **Work with trade service providers under direction of Supervisor / Manager.**:- **Draft and update SOPs and WIs, procedure manuals, processes, training and other materials.**:- **Support C-TPAT program audits, annual security profile updates, validations, training and related activities.**:- **Conduct Restricted Part Screening.**:- **Post Automated Export System (AES) filing Review.**:- **Ability to work independently and determine priorities that positively impact Plexus' compliance programs.**:- **Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 25%).**:- **Additional duties as assigned.**Education/Experience Qualifications**:- **A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree or higher with a Supply Chain major is preferred.**:- **One (1) year of related experience is required; Two (2) or more years of related experience is preferred.**:**An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.****Other Qualifications**:- **Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Access are required.**:- **Excellent oral and written communication skills**:- **Continuous improvement mindset**:- **General office equipment and materials**Work Environment**:- **The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.**_This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
