Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**ServiceNow Architect/Developer****What will you be doing?**This role will be a member of the ServiceNow Platform team. Requires collaboration with platform Sr. Manager and Development Lead to ensure development sprint and release timelines are met. The role will be responsible for developing moderate to complex workflows in ServiceNow to automate business processes. This role will also serve as an architect, technical advisor working with IT and nonIT business stakeholders to enable them to fully leverage the functionality provided by the ServiceNow platform to solve their business problems.**Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities**ServiceNow Platform Team member- Manage relationships with platform Sr Management and Development team members- Manage development scope, timelines, and ensure development teams stay on track to meet timelines and releases- Perform all aspects of ServiceNow Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of solutions- Implementation and management of all ServiceNow modules- Configure, customize ServiceNow in the following areas: Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Employee Portal, Mobile and APIs- Provide support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc. for all modules ServiceNow Architect- Provide ServiceNow architecture recommendations and best practices- Provide expertise across the ServiceNow platform to shape global solutions supporting all functions within the EnterpriseThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your careerQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Some exposure to JavaScript development experience Some exposure to experience with Web Services Integration (REST and JSON, XML) Some exposure to solution delivery, architecture and/or support disciplines Some exposure to Service Now Technical Experience and Implementation is a plus.
