This role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of finance processes to create robust, scalable, and efficient systems that enable data-driven decision-making. Focus of this role is part of the FP&A Core Model deployment team, as well as collaborate in future solution designs.**Your Impact**- As** Finance Planning Application Developer / Architect**- your scope would consist:- Drive and support the development of our **TM1** **Finance Planning Application**:- FP&A Applications:- Drive part of the deployment of the TM1 Model, following the global Model guidelines- Develop and maintain robust TM1/Planning Analytics practises.- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Mosaic improvements, future-proof solutions that meet business requirements.- Support the engagement with finance and business teams to understand objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into effective technical designs. Provide advisory support to optimize financial processes.- Performance. Ensure the stability and performance of TM1 models, performing optimization and tuning to handle growing data and user demands efficiently.- Data Integration and Automation:- Manage data flows between TM1 and other systems, automating processes for data loading, transformation, and reconciliation.- Governance and Standards:- Implement best practices for data governance, model development, documentation, and version control to maintain system reliability and accuracy.- Training and Support & UAT:- Deliver training and support to finance teams, empowering them to leverage TM1 solutions effectively for business insights.**Qualifications****Who Are We Looking For?****Experience**Technical Expertise:- Experience in TM1/IBM Planning Analytics, including TurboIntegrator, rules, feeders, and cube development.- Strong knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and ETL processes.- Familiarity with TM1 add-ins (e.g., Planning Analytics for Excel) and integration with other tools (e.g., ERP systems, visualization tools).- Advanced English Proficiency (Written and Spoken)Financial Process Knowledge:- Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial reporting processes.- Experience designing solutions aligned with finance-driven priorities and goals.Solution Design and Advisory Skills:- Expertise in analyzing business requirements and providing innovative, strategic solutions.- Ability to design architecture for scalability, reliability, and future growth.Communication and Collaboration:- Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and present complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.- Proactive engagement with stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes.Nice to have:- Experience integrating TM1 with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)- Exposure to TM1 Cloud- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and financial data modeling.**What can you expect from us**:- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes- Organized personality- Team player- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy- Advocates for and embraces the use of new tools and techniques- Problem Solving- Seeks opportunities to strengthen digital culture through collaborating and sharing knowledge- Track record of improving processes, leading projects and influencing decision-makers- Has an informed opinion on digital trends, including fluency with specific digital technologies**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
