Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**Sector IT Sr Analyst****What will you be doing?**- Configure, develop, test and sustain new/existing capabilities in the TBM platform (Executing)- Ensure user centric design for the TBM user interface (Executing)- Code and configure modeling decisions of cost allocations within TBM (Executing)- Technically lead development, Implementation and sustainment of Technology Business Management solution for vendor invoice reconciliation (Decisions, Execution)- Collaborate with TBM data and TBM value/insights team in delivering new capabilities (Consult, Execute)- Provide coaching, mentoring and leadership support to junior TBM Mexico team members (Decisions, consult)- Collaborate with SRM team in delivering vendor assessment capabilities in TBMQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Development and configuration of platforms- Reporting configuration in TBM with usability and performance in mnd- TBM Apptio system expertise- TBM modeling of costs- TBM Services and allocation of costs of the services to sectors- Solution quality assessment expertise- Proactive indirect leadership of junior team members providing coaching, mentoring and guidance- Knowledge of managed services contracts with IT vendors**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
