With a strong relation with FP&A teams to ensure business purpose and teamwork with other Data collaborators to guarantee Data Business Intelligence technical best practices**What will you be doing?**- Organizing, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets at scale.- Identifying and monitoring KPIs as well as relevant metrics that could trigger business decisions or actions.- Understanding business processes and the associated data to be able to identify the data lifecycle and its meaning.- Actively working to shape and extend business understanding by anticipating future needs and providing insights that where not explicitly requested.- Identifying repeated questions and building tooling to answer these questions at scale.- Leading data initiatives cross company upon data consistency and quality standards and ensuring Data Assets are properly being used- Enabling data democratization by implementing the required frameworks and controls that ensure data integrity, security and governance.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related.- Strong experience analyzing data at scale. Identifying and implementing business metrics, key performance indicators & graphical data visualization (BI Dashboards)- Proficiency in a data-oriented programming language (e.g. SQL, Python, etc.)- Proven track record of data wrangling, analysis, reporting, and visualization. Familiar with ETL and data modeling and warehousing best practices.- Understanding of data Integration processes: transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.- Experience working with a Business Intelligence Tool (eg. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, MicroStrategy)- Experience working under Agile methodologies, supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a very dynamic environment- Soft skills: Good communication, great attention to detail, adaptability, results orientation, teamwork**Soft Skills**:- Communication is KEY- Curious, respectful and empathic above all- Detail-oriented with a strong quality, organization and design mindset.- Analytical thinking paired with out of the box ideas- Knowledge seeker, learning new things is exciting- Getting to know different mindsets and knowing how to interact with them for individual and teamwork results.
