We specialize in shelter services and precision machining, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients.Our facility is equipped with high-performance CNC machinery and advanced inspection systems, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout every stage of production. We are fully committed to providing the technical and operational support necessary to drive the success of our partners—from prototyping to full-scale manufacturing.**Core responsibilities**- Owning the design and development of manufacturing tooling from start to finish (design, document, fabricate, assemble, and validate)- CAD-driven design supported by detailed engineering evaluations.- Ensuring all tooling designs meet safety requirements- Collaborating with production personnel, multidisciplinary engineering teams, and management to create or modify tooling to meet rate, development and quality targets- Managing the schedule on assigned projects including next steps, deadlines, user buy in, and outcome- Developing operation and maintenance plans for all fixtures and tooling- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to identify and address process gapsExperiência y requisitos**Basic Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in an mechanical engineering or related discipline 4 years of industry experience- Experience using CAD software (Solidworks)- Proficient on GD&T standards (ASME Y14)- Hands on experience working with hardware (informal or formal experience)- A pragmatic and solutions oriented approach- Ability to operate independently and make data-backed decisions- Clear written and verbal communication- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred for cross-border team coordination**Bonus Qualifications**- Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting- Experience with 3 and 5-axis programming and machining- Comfortable pushing a fast but sustainable pace- Enthusiasm for boating and clean energyBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 2**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
