Collection / Control Function- Accept customers’ payments accurately- Print and sort all prepaid Invoices- Release all paid and prepaid Invoices only to customers’ authorized representatives- Institute security measures to safeguard cash collection and confidential Information- Balance all collections at the end of each day vs Oracle Reports- Remit all collections to the bank through the proper channels and procedures- Receive and release GC to customers accurately- Print sales order and releases to customer’s authorized representatives- Conduct bank to bank verification2. Customer Service Function- Provide quality customer service both to internal and external customers- Carry out Account Officer’s special request / instruction for their customers- Provide timely and accurate feedback on customers’ complains- Report to General Services Admin Officer any equipment, furniture and fixture needing repair- Follow strictly all the policies and procedures of the Treasury Department- Perform other related responsibilities as maybe assigned by the Treasury Officer e.g., customer settlement**Qualifications**:- College Graduate of any Degree;- Prior cashiering or similar work experience is an advantage;- Must be willing to undergo training in Manila for 3 to 6 months
