HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide and generated consolidated sales of € 6.3 billion in the fiscal year 2021/2022.**YOUR TASKS****_ Job Objective_**- _ Design and implementation of high complex material- and information flow processes / concepts along the supply chain and implementation of training measures to safeguard operations._**_Duties and Responsibilities_**- _Designing and optimizing of high complex logistics processes along the supply chain in agreement with the superior responsible based on given targets._- _End-user and management-oriented documentation of business processes for securing and transferring know-how._- _Determining correlations between master data as well as preparing and installing control loops for updating master data._- _Driving continues improvement in all logistics material- and information flow processes along the supply Chain._- _Align improvements with operational and process responsibilities._- _Management of high complexity projects with high or special requirements (e.g., just in sequence) under consideration of an integrated supply chain optimization and total cost approach._- _Harmonizing, streamlining, and standardizing of high complexity material- and information flow processes based on corporate standards and a lean thinking, to achieve lasting improvements in efficiency and service._- _Creating and negotiating logistics offers for and with customers up until a contract is awarded and during series operations up to SOP._- _Support and coaching of operational staff in terms of logistics processes and continuous improvement._- _Describing high complexity target process specifications for linking material flow concepts with the connected information flows._- _Preparing methods, policies, and tools for the optimization of planning processes and tracking of key performance indicators in agreement with the superior responsible._- _Drawing up training concepts and documents as well as executing qualification measures._- _Redesigning, checking, and optimizing logistic parameters such as lead times, stock levels, delivery service etc. as well as inventory policies, planning rules, planning methods, etc._- _Selection and optimization of logistics infrastructure, equipment, and IT solutions._- _Management and project lead for high complexity logistics projects from technical and organizational Perspective._- _Defining, planning, coordinating, and monitoring tasks within project teams by using defined methods and systems._- _Preparing and further development of concepts for improving recording, analysis, modeling, presentation, and management of process-related data._- _Continuous monitoring of project success regarding time, budget and output quality and driving execution of defined actions._- _Coaching and training of the project team and/or triggering additional trainings._- _Negotiating general logistics conditions with suppliers, service providers and customers (e.g., JIT/JIS processes, turnaround periods, packaging)._**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- _University degree (Automotive, Industrial, mechanical, mechatronics or similar)_- _ More than 2 up to 3 years in similar position (Flows And Movements Of Packaging In Plant_- _ English Intermediate-Advance_- _ SAP (Packaging Mode)_- _ Mechanical Drawing (Autocad, Solidwork or Similar Erp)_Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.MARLEN TORRES
