Designer Technician Sr.

BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.The **Designer Technican Sr.**will support manufacturing and validation activities by creating, modifying, and maintaining technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. This role works closely with shop floor personnel, engineers, and supervisors to evaluate design changes, support engineering change orders (ECOs), and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment.**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:- Create, modify, and release technical drawings under direct supervision using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.- Adjust designs and layouts to meet project, manufacturing, and validation requirements.- Develop visual guidelines and detailed drawings to support manufacturing processes.- Document design codes, specifications, and compliance standards within drawings.- Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) related to parts, components, and manufacturing processes.- Collaborate with associates, group leaders, supervisors, and engineering teams to review and implement design changes.- Assist with updates to manufacturing documentation, including Work Instructions, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routers, and travelers.- Support process and equipment troubleshooting activities as needed.- Participate in assessments, process validations, software validations, and database updates related to manufacturing and engineering changes.- Work directly on the shop floor to evaluate the impact of design or component variations.**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Design Technician / Designer within the maquiladora (manufacturing) industry.- **Upper-Intermediate experience using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.**:- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Experience in the medical devices industry.- Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments.- Exposure to validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and engineering documentation control.MXOPSTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $100.00 - $200.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dentalLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
