About HireRight:Overview:The main responsibility of the GL - PTO & Benefits Accountant will be month end close processes, including analysis, reconciliation and internal audit type functions. The GL - PTO & Benefits Accountant will also contribute to process improvements and other duties as assigned.**Responsibilities**:**Responsibilities**:- Prepare PTO accrual entries on a monthly basis based on the most recent payroll reports and timecards taken for PTO.- Work cross-functionally with HR to ensure timely and accurate reporting of benefits related transactions and ensure the accounting team has the proper reports for monthly accruals and quarterly reporting.- Collaborate with FP&A to ensure forecast/plan accurately match latest information regarding benefits.- Prepare schedules and conduct analysis to support month over month fluctuations.- Assist with providing support to external auditors.Qualifications:- Has developed knowledge of a body of technical, support or administrative policies and procedures, specifically pertaining to benefits and PTO accounting.- Accomplished in implementing practical procedures or systems, which are moderately complex and require extended skill.- Basic understanding of GAAP and Accounting Principles.**Experience**:- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent**Please submit your resume in English.**What do we offer:- Christmas Bonus- Additional Holidays: Holy Thursday & Friday, Mother’s Day, Day of the Dead, Virgin of Guadalupe, and Christmas Eve- Food Voucher + Meal Bonus- Generous Vacation Program- Monthly Transportation Allowance / Payment of Teleworking Expenses- Insurance for major medical expenses- Business Casual Attire- Generous Referral Program- Professional Growth**Please submit resume/CV in English.****HireRight does not accept unsolicited resumes through or from search firms or staffing agencies.
