Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator, where you’ll handle everything from contracts and vendor relationships to coordinating events and managing project plans.**Position Responsibilities**- Act as the primary contact for Facilities, managing the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinating department workflows.- Maintain relationships with vendors and outside contractors, including handling contracts and filing Certifications of Insurance (COI).- Write reports, develop agendas, analyze data and create documents.- Coordinate events, meetings and travel arrangements.- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and budgets.**Minimum Requirements**- High school diploma or equivalent.
