By influencing Redwood's market approach through your research and findings, you'll significantly impact strategic choices across the entire customer journey.**How You Make a Difference Everyday**:- Provide analytical insight on sales performance to identify root causes and influence the direction of GTM strategy and priorities- Act as a liaison with other departments to ensure the integrity of master data information through the CRM system (Salesforce) and related reporting structures- Owns the day-to-day operational execution of weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM cadence activities- Provide the ongoing support to sales teams to ensure the efficient adoption of reports and drive performance on various KPIs- Support and drive decision making through analytics, working with GTM project managers to analyze the efficiencies of new tools and processes, and report on sales initiatives- Partner with cross-functional teams to define, develop and maintain financial and non-financial KPIs- Proactively identify gaps and errors in data and reporting and work towards improving those areas**You’ve Got This?**- Growth mindset- 1-3 years of in data analysis, preferably with Salesforce CRM- Strong analytical skills with advanced experience in Excel- Some knowledge of SQL, including experience with Tableau- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-through abilities and problem-solving skills- Bachelor's degree- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication**What We Offer**:- Access to experts and resources for your Learning & Development journey- Opportunity for internal mobility- Employee referral bonus program- Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)- Annual fundraising and volunteer events to give back to communities- Life Insurance policy for you starting 30 days after employment- Personal Health Insurance coverage for you - Major Medical- 30 days “Aguinaldo” Christmas bonus or prorated percentage your first year- Vacation time starting at 12 days.
