Commercial Finance Business Partner

**We help the world run better****ROLE DESCRIPTION**The position is assigned to the Commercial Finance Team in Mexico team which is responsible of providing the commercial and legal support to the Mexico Region from Global Commercial Finance.The team evaluates, approves and oversees sales quotations, commercial calculations and contracts for critical customers of the region.In addition, the team monitors policies and standard operating procedures executions,As an Intern to cover - Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will:- Perform the core activities that are performed to support specific topics on Deal Support Role.- Work with High Volume Requirements and being involved in strategic pricing functions, as well as provide advice on more complex and challenging licensing questions requiring strong analytical ability to provide unique solutions to pricing issue by being involved with other Industry Segments.- Actively participate in directing the creation of assets to educate and inform account teams.- Capacity to track and report, provide basic commercial calculations- Cooperation and communicate with internal customers ; ensuring timely response to them- Provide guidance on licensing and pricing questions including the assistance with deal structuring, and reviewing software deals.- Support account teams assigned to standard and / or strategic accounts as well, and providing assistance on cloud commercial questions, assists as a Deals Desk Experts with deal structuring, and reviews.- Serve as an internal contact person for Commercial topics across different Lines of Services /Business (LoS/LoB) for moderately-complex deals- Closely work with the business and internal stakeholders and take a key role in the deal lifecycle including advising on deal structure, coordinating and/or providing pricing information, identifying risk, and finding practical commercial solutions to meet the needs of the business while keeping compliance matters at the highest level of standards**What you bring**We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
