You’ll be joining our dynamic Commercial Finance team, which plays a central role in supporting the company’s Global operations. The team provides critical financial insight, strategic analysis, and operational support to help drive business performance. Whether it's delivering timely reporting, supporting investment decisions, or partnering with stakeholders on long-term financial planning, the Commercial Finance team is instrumental in delivering lasting and measurable value across the organization.**What will you be doing?**:- Deliver strategic insights to drive commercial performance Provide data-driven advice and actionable recommendations to business leaders, enabling informed decisions that enhance profitability, efficiency, and growth.- Analyse complex financial and operational data Perform deep dives into business performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop forecasts or models to support planning and strategy.- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives using visuals and dashboards, ensuring key insights influence board-level and cross-functional decision-making.- Act as a critical friend to the business Challenge assumptions, plans, and performance where needed—confidently and constructively—ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and financial reality.- Collaborate cross-functionally Partner with HR, sales, operations, and executive leadership to ensure commercial initiatives are aligned with company goals and deliver measurable outcomes.**Who we’re looking for**:**Who we’re looking for**:Our collaborative and inclusive culture is what makes us stand out. We're particularly interested in**:- Demonstrated experience of commercial business partnering, preferable within a professional services business- Strong Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills- Professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualified experience- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership of high-impact conversations- Commercial acumen and analytical mindset coupled with strong financial modelling skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills
