Responsibilities Payroll request encode information in the accounting system (QUICKBOOKS) bank reconciliation Corporate closing reports Invoice control chart Payroll file review and disbursement SSS and government remittances review and payment Coordination with the external service provider or payroll supplier and HR for the Master File List Internal audits AP review cashflow reports Balance sheet reconciliation accrual controls Fixed assets control make sure all finance processes are running correctly and on time Skillsets Extensive knowledge in financial accounting Understand the business model Be a leader and have a long-term vision. Be a discreet person with ethical values Know the local financial regulations Punctual, Honest, responsible, multitasking Advanced excel Great English - Spanish US CPA Work Experience ( Min) Minimum 3 years of experience with accounting and payroll processes Experience with local government platforms Experience handling money Quickbooks experience Experience in audit processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
