Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Lead and support projects and initiatives for new product tools and tool changes. - Responsible for extrusion transfers from external suppliers to ICU Sites, or internally and validates the tools and material used in the process. - Assign and supervise personnel in your area and plan workflow to facilitate continuous flow as well as Project Completion. Conducts performance evaluations of subordinates and recommends pertinent development plans. Provides guidance and direction to engineers and technicians in the execution of projects. - Deliver tooling/processes solutions that meet expectations, e.g., yield, cycle-time, quality requirements, maintenance’s needs. - Work closely with product development teams and manufacturing in designing & sourcing tools, working with external vendors, and investigating and improving existing tools with an emphasis on product manufacturing and cost reduction. - Performs statistical analysis of parts and extrusion processes. - Design, propose and/or implement improvements. - Work with local and external suppliers and interact with different departments to provide technical direction, obtain necessary resources, resolve interdepartmental issues. - Contribute to the achievement of organizational metrics. - Work as project manager when it is required: planning, resources, CAPEX, timelines, and milestones and bring them to completion on time and within budget. Guides decisions and process creations; prepares project presentations. - Monitoring of the extrusion and blow molding areas indirectly, attending administrative meeting projects and review of metrics, etc. - Lead Tooling Design reviews and generate tooling FMEAs as well as recommend risk mitigations. - Own and complete CAPA tasks and deliverables (Corrective and Preventive). - Proficiency with the use of SPC, DOE and Six Sigma techniques. - Procedure development for tooling areas. - Be able to independently lead a team navigating through hurdles, achieve performance, consider input from multiple functional areas & address the problem through a holistic method.Experiência y requisitos**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 95%, Escrito: 95%**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
