Role - **Windows Server + Active directory Customer Engineer**Location - Guadalajara, MexicoMode - onsiteNo of positions - 6Assess client needs: As a Windows Server Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients and recommending Windows Server-based solutions that meet their business needs.Design solutions: You will design Windows Server-based solutions, including server architecture, server deployment, security, and networking.Implement solutions: You will implement Windows Server-based solutions, including server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Provide technical support: You will provide technical support for Windows Server-based solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performance tuning, and capacity planning.Manage projects: You will manage Windows Server-based projects from conception to completion, including planning, executing, and closing projects.Train clients: You will train clients on the use of Windows Server-based solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of solutions.Stay up-to-date: You will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends related to Windows Server-based solutions to ensure you provide the most current and effective solutions to clients.**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Windows Server-based solutions.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Project management experience.Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA are a plus.Experience in problem resolution with IT systems and individualsAbility to interact with clients in a clear, concise, professional mannerFamiliarity with a majority of the following:Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2008 R2Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2012Internet Information Server (IIS)**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per hourAbility to commute/relocate:- 44970, Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
