**Location -****Guadalajara, Mexico****Roles and Responsibilities**:- Assess client needs: As a Windows Server Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients and recommending Windows Server-based solutions that meet their business needs.- Design solutions: You will design Windows Server-based solutions, including server architecture, server deployment, security, and networking.- Implement solutions: You will implement Windows Server-based solutions, including server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.- Provide technical support: You will provide technical support for Windows Server-based solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performance tuning, and capacity planning.- Manage projects: You will manage Windows Server-based projects from conception to completion, including planning, executing, and closing projects.- Train clients: You will train clients on the use of Windows Server-based solutions and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of solutions.- Stay up-to-date: You will stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends related to Windows Server-based solutions to ensure you provide the most current and effective solutions to clients.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Windows Server-based solutions.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Project management experience.- Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA are a plus.- Experience in problem resolution with IT systems and individuals- Ability to interact with clients in a clear, concise, professional manner- Familiarity with a majority of the following:- Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2008 R2- Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2012- Internet Information Server (IIS)- Windows DNS / BIND / Named- Active Directory / LDAP- Solid understanding and working knowledge of complete systems development and deployment lifecycle and of all facets of systems administration in a large-scale IT operations unit
